Have questions?

We have answers!

Who is 1-1 coaching for?

1-on-1 coaching is designed for athletes pursuing opportunities in women’s college hockey who want clear, honest guidance through the recruiting process. This includes high school athletes, post-grad athletes, and players exploring NCAA and ACHA options.

I'm a Senior, isn't it too late?

No! While the recruiting landscape changes as timelines move forward, there are still meaningful opportunities available for seniors. We’ll focus on realistic options and help you make smart next steps based on where you are right now.

What does 1-1 coaching look like?

Coaching is tailored to each athlete. Sessions may include recruiting strategy, school and level fit discussions, coach communication guidance, and decision support. The structure, pace, and focus are customized to your goals and timeline.

How do sessions take place?

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet space. Many athletes like to have a notebook handy, but nothing formal is required.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 60 minutes, though shorter check-ins or follow-ups may be used when appropriate. Scheduling is flexible and coordinated directly based on availability.

What is the cost?

Pricing varies depending on the level of support you’re looking for (single sessions or ongoing guidance). Details are shared directly so you can choose the option that fits your needs—without pressure.

Can parents be involved?

Parents are welcome to attend or listen in, but the primary focus of each session is the athlete. The goal of 1-on-1 coaching is to help players develop confidence, clarity, and strong communication skills so they can navigate the recruiting process independently, with support when needed.

What if I'm not sure what I need yet?

That’s completely okay. Many athletes start coaching because they don’t yet have clarity. We’ll meet you where you are and help you figure out the right next steps.
